The Hartwell House Inn – a 16-Room Select Registry Bed and Breakfast in Ogunquit, Maine – is seeking an Assistant to the Innkeepers. This year-round, full-time position is an opportunity to be trained and/or fine-tuned in all facets of this thriving business. The ideal candidate MUST be a self-starter who is passionate about providing superior hospitality and should have some experience in the form of previous hospitality-related employment or schooling. You should present in a professional manner, be amazing with people, possess excellent telephone skills and have some level of computer literacy. The Assistant to the Innkeeper can expect to work (as needed) at the front desk, checking in/out guests, afternoon tea preparation, kitchen assistance, light baking, and assisting the innkeepers in any and all duties necessary to support them in running the inn. Compensation includes on-site housing, utilities, and base salary. PLEASE NOTE: All applicants are subject to criminal background checks.
